History, weight, eyes, ears, teeth, heart, abdomen, and joints. Puppies and kittens get a growth check. Adult animals get the interval that matches age, not a coupon calendar.

Each line has its own time on the book. Open a row for what happens in the room and what we will not pretend to do.
Vaccines and prevention
Core vaccines and rabies are given after the exam, not instead of it. Flea, tick, and heartworm products are chosen for a dog that walks Providence Highway or a cat that stays indoors.
Sick-visit workups
Bring the timeline: when it started, what you already tried, and whether the animal is eating. We examine, then offer the lab or image that would change tonight's plan.
Dental days
A conscious oral look can happen during wellness. Cleaning and extractions are booked as a dental block with a pre-anesthetic conversation first.
What this building does not stock
No overnight hospital. No boarding kennel. No grooming salon attached to the exam room. If the animal needs oxygen, surgery after hours, or a specialist scope, we refer and send the note.
